What you earn
Village Leaders earn a set amount for every active member, every single month. It's simple and it compounds: the more people you bring together and keep, the more you earn.
A 40-member Village earns its Leader around $600 a month — and that's just the start. Larger Villages, ticketed events, and local sponsorships all add to it.

How much time does it take?▼
Most Leaders run a gathering every fortnight, plus a little time promoting it in between. You set the pace that works for your life.
Do I need experience?▼
Not at all. If you can send a message and welcome a newcomer with a smile, we'll teach you the rest.
What does it cost to start?▼
There's a one-time founding licence to establish your Village, starting from $497 for our first Founding Leaders. It covers your training, toolkit, launch support, and your place on the map. We'll go through it all openly on your call — no surprises, no pressure.
How and when do I get paid?▼
You earn recurring income from your active members, paid to you monthly through JoinMe. We'll cover the full model on your call.
Is this a franchise?▼
Not in the traditional sense. You run your own independent Village, your way, using our brand, tools, and support under a simple community licence. You're a partner in the movement — never an employee, and never on your own.
What if my Village is slow to grow?▼
We don't leave you to figure it out. Your launch support, toolkit, and fellow Leaders are all there to help you build momentum — and we'll troubleshoot with you if things start slow.
