When people ask how I maintain my health and well-being, they often expect a magic formula — but for me, it’s a patchwork of practices that keep my body moving, my mind clear, and my spirit connected.
Each week, I alternate between morning yoga blasts, 45-minute walks, or gym sessions to keep my energy flowing. I eat mindfully, fast regularly, and practice daily meditation to stay grounded. I tune into podcasts and audiobooks while driving — a kind of soul-gym for my thoughts.
I spend time in nature often — walking, camping, breathing deeply. Nature is my nervous system reset button. But more than anything, the real medicine for my well-being? Community.
Laughter, banter, and meaningful conversations with people who see me, get me, and challenge me with love — that’s what truly fills my cup. Whether it’s a spontaneous chat, a deep late-night talk, or a weekend cheese platter shared with good humans and a great glass of red — those are the moments that keep me whole.
