Let’s be honest — not everything improves as the years go by.
Knees click louder, hangovers hit harder, and suddenly you’re googling “best pillows for side sleepers.”

But some things?
Some things absolutely get better with age.

Like wine.
Like wisdom.
Like knowing who the hell you are — and finally being okay with it.

For me, the best part of getting older has been becoming mature enough to know what I truly value — and bold enough to protect it.

I no longer say yes just to be polite.
I don’t waste energy trying to impress people I wouldn’t even call in a crisis.
I’ve swapped hustle for harmony.
And I’ve learned that time is the most precious currency I’ll ever hold — and who I spend it with matters more than anything I could earn.
